Things to note:

• Please complete the form in its entirety – sessions will be up to 60 minutes in duration (including Q&A).

• Reviews, acceptances, and/or declines will be conducted on a rolling basis. 

• Submissions may only be entered by researchers/speakers (no submissions from PR firms/marketing representatives, please).

• We will not accept product or vendor-related pitches.

• Submissions must clearly detail the concepts, ideas, findings, and solutions a researcher or speaking team plans to present.

• Individuals may submit more than one proposal, but each must be submitted via a separate submission form.
