Are you doing something impactful with Graylog? Solved a complex challenge or developed a creative solution? Now’s your chance to share it with peers across the global Graylog community.

Graylog is now accepting speaker submissions for Graylog GO 2025, our annual user conference. This fully virtual event brings together security and IT professionals, open source users,  Graylog experts, to exchange insights, best practices,  solutions, and stories.

Two tracks at Graylog GO 2025:

Risk Management

Addressing threats, compliance, incident response, and governance.

Data Management

Managing scale, complexity, performance, and operational efficiency.

Topic Ideas

We welcome proposals from Graylog Security and Enterprise customers and Graylog open source users. You don’t need to be a professional speaker—just someone with a story worth telling. 

Here are some example topics to inspire your submission:

  • Customer success stories from real-world environments

  • Traditional, unique, or creative Graylog use cases

  • Migration from open source to Graylog Security or Enterprise

  • Upgrading from older version of Graylog to latest version, any lessons learned

  • Meeting compliance, audit, or regulatory requirements with Graylog

  • Threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response workflows

  • Data lifecycle strategies and retention best practices

  • Scaling across teams, regions, or business units

  • Platform performance tuning and optimization techniques

  • Internal enablement, training programs, or cross-functional adoption

  • Using Graylog to inform security or data-driven decisions

  • Thought leadership around risk reduction, visibility, or log strategy in modern environments

  • Leading proactive security or operational monitoring initiatives

  • Integrating Graylog with other tools to streamline response or visibility


We are also inviting cybersecurity professionals with unique industry insights, lessons learned, or technical expertise to share their perspectives. Vendor-neutral and non-promotional content is strongly encouraged.

Speaker/Session Expectations:
  • 30-minute presentation
  • Pre-recorded and submitted by August 31, 2025
  • Outline required at time of proposal submission
  • Presenter must be available for online live Q&A via chat during the event
  • Final presentation may be used as educational content across Graylog digital platforms
