The purpose of this form is to capture information about the customer’s requirements, as the customer is transitions through SALES to CSM to SD, so we can correctly spec and build out their cluster. Customers don’t like answering the same questions over and over again, so by writing the answers to these questions down we hope to BEAT THE SYSTEM and maintain an illusion of internal communication.
